RESOLUTION NO. 79- 31
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS
KINGSWOOD FARM ADDITION - 23RD AVENUE. 13TH AVENUE AND CRITERION M.P.U.D.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1) To accept the petition for watermain improvements from the owners of Kingswood
Farm Addition for the extension of watermain along Highway 101 from the Luce
Line Trail to Harmony Circle.
2) The City Council accepts the petition from Carlson Properties, Inc. for the
improvement of 23rd Avenue east of Xenium Lane.
3) The City Council accepts the petition from Carlson Properties, Inc. for the
improvement of 13th Avenue from Peripheral Road to Berkshire Lane.
4) The City Council accepts the petition for street and utility improvement from
Criterion Homes, Inc. for the Criterion M.P.U.D. east of Fernbrook Lane.
5) The petitions are hereby referred to Bonestroo. Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvements are feasible, as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost for the improvement as requested.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
