HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-079CITY Of PLYMouTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the 10 5th day of February , 19 79 . The following members were present: Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seā€”iFold and Spaeth The following members were absent:Mayo- un Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 79- 79 REAFFIRMING AND AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN DEVELOPERS AND/OR SUBDIVIDERS REVISE DEVELOPMENT AND SITE PLANS AND PLATS WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 71-241 adopted June 21, 1971, established "Policy Relating to Planning Commission and Village Council Procedures to be Followed When Developers and/or Subdividers Revise Development and Site Plans"; and WHEREAS, developers, subdividers and other applicants periodically submit revised plans other than those directed by the City, as amendments to development and sub- division proposals; and WHEREAS, review and evaluation of said amendments require the application of City resources and generate administrative costs comparable to the processing of new applications; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, riINNES67A, tiiuiL it shout d -1 hereby does reaffirm_ Council Resolution 71-241 as City policy relating to procedures to be followed when developers subdividers revise development and site plans and plats, and amend said policy by the addition of the following: 4. Whenever a developer, subdivider, or other applicant submits altered or modified plans, other than those directed by the City, as an amendment to a proposal, the full appropri,te new application fee shall be paid before the amendment is referred to the Planning Commission for consideration. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmembe Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following vote against -or-abstained; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passedand adopt4d.
