Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of
February . The following members were present:
Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79- 78
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "GALILEE ADDITION" FOR ROCKFORD
ROAD INVESTMENT COMPANY (A-837)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat for "Galilee Addition" as
requested by Rockford Road Investment Company;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY (COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
FIINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to recording of said plat:
1. Appropriate easements as approved by the City Engineer shall be provided to
include emergency vehicle access between the two sites.
2. Provision for utilities to this property shall be made in an approved manner
and plans and documents relating thereto shall be subject tc :inoroval by the
City Engineer and by the City Attorney. V.
3. Provision shall be made for roads to and through this property and the
property adjacent to the west.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hovt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold
and Spaeth
