Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of

Councilmember Hoyt ______introduced the following Resoluticn and moved

RESOLUTION 79-77
APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR "GALILEE ADDITION" FOR ROCKFORD ROAD INVESTMENT COMPANY (A-837)
WHEREAS, Rockford Road Investment Company has requested approval of the final plat
for "Galilee" Addition", a plat for two lots at the northwest quadrant of County
Roads 9 and 18; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of Rockford Road
Investment Company for final plat approval of "Galilee Addition", a plat for two
lots, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the Engineer's memoranda.
2. Grading and landscaping on the west and between the proposed lots shall take
into account provisions for emergency vehicle access to both sites.
3. The plat will provide for a 30 foot right-of-way at the northern boundary, to
be held by the City until final street plans are resolved; and with the
provision it will be released at that time if it is not needed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Hoyt. Neils. Seibol.. and aP h
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
