RESOLUTION NO. 79-73
ESTABLISHING A POLICY REGARDING CURSING AND DP.AINAGE DESIGN
JHEREAS. the City Council has directed administrative staff and Planning
Commission to consider a policy and to clarify and supplement the Zoning
Ordinance requirements for parking lot design and drainage characteristics
for multi -residential. business, industrial, and institutional sites; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended curving and drainage standards
for development sites as reflected in a staff memora;idum dated January 26, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City ;:.jnci' of the City of Ply-
mouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does e,>cabi,sh a policy regarding
curbing and drainage design as presented in the staff ;iemorandum dated
January 26, 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho . and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vot n favor i reo : Mawr Hunt, Councilmembers Hpyt,
Neils and Spaeth
The ollowing voted against or -abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
