Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
29t1; day of January , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci me ers Ho t; Neils & Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 72
APPROVAL OF SUNDAY SALE LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Sunday Sale Liquor License has
been received by the City from the:
Radisson Hotel Corporation
2705 Annapolis Lane
Plymouth, MN 55441
The Mariner Restaurant
3005 Harbor Lane
Plymouth, MN 55441
Laturf's Pizzeria
11333 Highway 55
Plymouth, MN 55441
in accordance with Chapter XII, Subdivision 2, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLv110UTH, MINNESOTA, that the Sunday Sale Liquor License be approved for
toe Radisson Inn Plymouth, The Mariner Restaurant and Latuff's Pizzeria
for a period effective for one year from February 1, 1979 through
January 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote c n avor t ereo Moor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
