Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Mi nn esota was helU on the
29th _ day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils & Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmemaer Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 71
APPROVING 1979 WINE LICENSE FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, Mr. Michael J. Latuff has requested the issuance of a Wine License,
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Latuff has met the requirements of Chapter XII, Subdivision 3,
of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Council does hereby approve the issuance of a
Wine License for the purpose of selling wine at retail for consumption on
the premises of Latuff's Pizzeria effective February 1, 1979 to expire on
January 31, 1980 subject to the appropriate laws of the United States,
the State of Minnesota, the ordinances and regulations of the City of
Plymouth, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control Commissioner
of the State of Minensota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
