Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eld on t e
29th day of January , 19_M. The following members were
present:Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neile and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Cnunrilmamh r SPiMId
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 70
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
WHEREAS, Erickson's Super Value, 4236 Lancaster Lane, has applied for
renewal of an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License which expires
January 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS the application for renewal of the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor
License for the Erickson's Super Value has been reviewed and recommended for
approval by the Police Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License be approved
for the Erickson's Super Value, effective February 1, 1979 through
January 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
