Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
29th day of January , 19 79. The following members were
present: _ Mayor Hunt. -Council -members Hoyt. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 69
APPROVAL OF OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
have been received from the parties listed below in accordance with
Chapter XII, Section 1200.01 City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License applications
for the parties listed below be approved for the period February 1, 1979
through January 31, 1980.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
