Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a cnoria meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnes'� oto aseh ld on the
29th day of January , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 68
APPROVAL OF ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
WHERAS, applications for renewal of On -Sale Intoxicating liquor License
have been received by the City from the
Radisson Hotel Corporation
2705 Annapolis Lane
Plymouth, MN 55441
The Mariner Restaurant
3005 Harbor Lane
Plymouth, MN 55441
in accordance with Chapter XII, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the On -Sale Intoxicating '.iquor License be
approved for the Radisson Inn Plymouth and The Mariner Restaurant for
a period of one year effective from February 1, 1979 through
January 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
