Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on t e
29th day of Januar , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor F;unt Counci members Hot Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 66
RENEWAL OF CIGARETTE LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Cigarette Licenses have been received from
the parties listed below in d�cordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of the City
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications for the parties listed below
be approved for the period January 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979.
