Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79m 63
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WACONIA HOMES INC, AT 14910-40 28TH AVENUE NORTH
(79005)
WHEREAS, Waconia Homes Inc, has requested approval of a conditional use permit for
office and incidental warehouse use at 1491040 28th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of Waconia Homes, Inc,
for a conditional use permit for office use (4,900 square feet) and incidental ware-
house use (3,020 square feet) in industrial park district, to be located at
14910-40 28th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions;
1. Permit is issued to the petitioner and is not transferable,
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances and
violations thereof shall be grounds for revocation,
3. The maximum amount of office use for this occupancy shall be 4,900 square feet.
4. There shall be no outside storage of merchandise, production materials, or trash,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e r fayor thereof. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly Fsk—sed and adopted.
