Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hnvt, Seihnld and Snaath
The Following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-60
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 15, dated December 31, 1978, for the general
contractor for the City Hall Building project has been prepared by Thorsen &
Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 15 in the amount of $21,150.00 to H. P. Droher & Sons, Inc. for
City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vote n favor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
