Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was held on t e
22nd day of Januar , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, CouncilmemberS Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-55
APPROVING REVISED POLICY CONCERNING REVIEW OF
MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND REQUESTS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Council has established a Policy for the Review of
Municipal Industrial Development Bond Requests; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that additional revisions are needed to further
improve and clarify said policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the revised Policy Concerning the Review of Municipal Industrial
Development Bond Requests, as submitted to this Council by the City Manager on
January 22, 1979, be and the same is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
