Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-54
AUTHORIZING TRAIL APPLICATION FOR MEADOWLAWN/FOUR SEASONS TRAIL
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted Trail System Plan identifying the
proposed linear trail corridor, and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has adopted a Parks Capital Improvement Program
identifying the trail corridor for development, and
WHEREAS, staff has submitted a preliminary grants application to the Land,
Water and Conservation Fund, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary application has received initial funding approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that staff be directed to prepare and submit the required final
application in the amount of $15,500 in order that said project can be funded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember 5 aeth 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
