Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was e d on t e
15th day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-49
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF PERFORMANCE BOND FOR CONSERVATION SYSTEMS, INC.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR, PLYMOUTH FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 608
WHEREAS, the staff has reviewed the work specified under the Electrical Contract
far Fire Station No. 2 and finds it to be complete, and
WHEREAS, the performance bond is still in the custody of the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does:
1. Authorize the release of the performance bond in the amount of $23,312
submitted by Conservation Systems, Inc. as a guarantee of performance for
Fire Station No. 2.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
