Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
15th day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt,_Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-46
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR - CITY HALL
PROJECT NO. 615
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 13, dated December 20, 1978, for the mechanical
contractor for the City Hall building project has been prepared by Thorsen &
Thorshov Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request for
Payment No. 13 in the amount of $2,700.00 to Horwitz Mechanical, Inc. for the
City Hall Building Project No. 615.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmemb , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
