Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the 1ity Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
h day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 79 - 45
APPROVING RELEASE OF ASSESEMENT BOND ESCROW FOR REINHARD BROTHERS (A-285)
WHEREAS, Reinhard Brothers requested the release of their escrow in the amount
of $12,083.40 guaranteeing assessments for Reinhard Industrial Park Addition
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed this request and finds it in order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the release of
$12,083.40 in escrow guaranteeing special assessments for Reinhard Industrial
Park First Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dul;, seconded by
Councilmember S aeth 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n JAYor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Seibold
and Spaeth
The following vote aga ns orabstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
