the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nesota was held on the
15th day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-39
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT - PROJECT NO. 911
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH PHASE IV
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted November 20, 1978, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvements in Downtown Plymouth Phase IV by the construction of
sanitary sewers, watermain, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on January 15, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file and, further,
referred to the Special Assessment Committee of the City Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly second., by
CQunQilmem Lar upon vote being taken thereon, the
