Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of January 1979 . The following members were
present: —Mayor Hunt, Councilme-mbe-r-s--R-oy-t, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-38
RECEIVING REPORT FOR PARKERS LAKE OUTLET
PROJECT NO. 606
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adopted 1979 Capital Improvements Program, the report
on the Parkers Lake Outlet has been updated by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on January 15, 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file and, further,
that the staff is directed to submit the report to the Bassett Creek Flood Control
Commission and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for their review and
approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
