Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetin4_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of Januar 1979 . The following members were

The following members were absent: counclimember Neils
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-37
RECEIVING PETITION FOR
STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT
40TH AVENUE AND REVERE LANE
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the intersection at 40th
Avenue and Revere Lane by the installation of a street light, filed with
the Council on January 15, 1979, is hereby accepted.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
