moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 32
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR OF SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director of the
Suburban Rate Authority and John Spaeth is hereby designated to serve
as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1979 until successors
are appointed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
