Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 31
DESIGNATION OF CITY HEALTH OFFICER
1979
WHEREAS, the Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for the year 1979 has to
be appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Dr. Thomas Mayer, 12805 Highway 55, Plymouth, be appointed -to act
as Health Officer fir the year 1979 for the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 ow ng Yote n favor thereof, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The followipq voted against orabstained; one
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed end "Adop e ,
