CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-30
SURETY AND BLANKET BONDS FOR CITY EMPLOYEES - 1979
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering
all City employees are necessary to be taken out for 1979.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the surety bonds covering the integrity and honest performance of
duties by the following named employees in the amounts set forth are hereby
radified and confirmed for the year 1979:
City Manager
Finance Director
Assessor
10 City Clerk
General Bond Covering
All City Employees

$ 5,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n avor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
Ine following voted against or abstained; None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
