Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Revolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-27
ACTING MAYOR FOR 1979
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 2.02, of the, -City Code provides that Che Council
shall choose an Acting Mayor from among the members of the Council at the first
regular meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Councilmember Spaeth is hereby appointed to act as Acting Mayor
for the Plymouth City Council during the year 1979.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon Yote being taken thereon, the
rollowing yoted in ravor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
