Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he d on the
• 8th day of January , 19 79, The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members Were a sent. None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 24
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1978 STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated January 3, 1979, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 3 in the amount of $55,445.67 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1978 Street
Improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
