Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helon the

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 23
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DEEP WELL NO. 5
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated December 27, 1978, for E. H. Renner &
Sons has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $7,999.20 to E. H. Renner & Sons for Deep
Well #5.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
