Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, fiinnesota was held on the
8th day of Ja�nu�ar, , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt,�ouncilmemE,ers Hoyf 7eils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 20
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FAZENDIN PARK 5TH ADDITION (A-220)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 19, 1976, Roger
Fazendin, developer of Fazendin Park 5th Addition (A-220), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $0.00 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain, street and storm sewer
are accepted as of January 5, 1979 for continual maintenance subject to the one
year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against orabstained; None ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
