Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
8th day of January , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor unt, Counci1me_mB_er_s7Hoyt_,_Neils, Seibold and Spaet;i
The fo'lowing members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-18
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
32ND AVE. AT PLYMOUTH BLVD.
WHEREAS, 32nd Ave. has been constructed northerly of Plymouth Blvd., and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need zo designate the right-
of-way for vehicular traffic in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does order the installation of a stop sign at
the intersection of 32nd Ave. and Plymouth Blvd. for south bound traffic on 32nd Ave.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote beintaken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof- Mayor Hunt, CouncBmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted -7-
