Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Plinnesota was held on the
® oth_ day of January , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The follow ng members were absent: None

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 17
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
34TH AVE. AT PLYMOUTH BLVD.
WHEREAS, 34th Ave. has been constructed northerly of Plymouth Blvd., and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need to designate the right-
of-way for vehicular traffic in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does order the installation of a stop sign at
the intersection of 34th Ave. and Plymouth Blvd. for south bound traffic on 34th Ave.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted -fn avor t ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seiboldand Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
