CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotawas he d on the
8th day of Januar , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt,ounc7 mem ers ffoyt, -eils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following mem ers were a sent: one
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 16
RESOLUTION ORDERING STOP SIGN
32ND AVE. AT NIAGARA LANE
Wf,EREAS, 32nd Ave. has been constructed westerly from Niagarn Lane, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that there is a need to designate the right-
of-way for vehicular traffic in this area;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does order the installation of stop signs at the
intersection of 32nd Ave. and Niagara Lane for east and west bound traffic on 32nd
10 Ave.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10110wing voted in favor ereo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Nei is,
Seibold and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
