Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
8th day of January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ers oyt, Teens, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved -cs adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-14
RECEIVING REPORT FOR IMPROVEMEN`S FOR
NORTHEAST TRUNK SEWER
PROJECT 903
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted June 12, 1978, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of the Northeast Interceptor Sewer starting at the intersection
of 45th Avenue and Nathan Lane, thence westerly along proposed 45th Avenue for
approximately 1,400 feet and thence in a northwesterly direction for approximately
2,000 feet, thence continuing westerly for approximately 1,500 feet to Zachary
Lane at a point approximately 700 feet south of 48th Avenue, all as shown on the
adopted Comprehensive Plan for Plymouth, Alternate B, 1973.
VHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on January 8, 1979
No NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
The :notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in�avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold _and _Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
