Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
8th day of January , 19 i9. The following members were
present: Mayor unt,ounce mem ers oyt,--Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 -11
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT TO MEDICINE RIDGE PLAT
BE IT RESOD =D BY THE CITY COUiiCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owner of the property
platted as Medicine Ridge Addition.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is Feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
. some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement is
recommended.
The motion for the adoption.of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
.1011owing voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and S aeth

whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
