Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its acoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-10
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO EAST SIDE OF ZACHARY LANE
SOO LINE TO COUNTY ROAD 10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the peition from the owners of the property
adjacent to the east side of Zachary Lane from the Soo Line to County
Road 10 for sewer and water.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 8
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement is
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
