Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
8th day of January , 1979, The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers oyt, NeiTs, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-9
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BALDWIN CHEVROLET SITE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of the property
known as the Baldwin Chevrolet site for storm drainage.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
1bas to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement is
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
