Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
8th day of January , 1979 The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and 5 aeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember 5 aeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-8
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT TO SHEDD-BROWN, INC./HONEYWELL, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Shedd-Brown/Honeywell for
street and watermain improvement adjacent to their sites south of
Highway 55 after the petitioner deletes the following wording from
Paragraph 2, Page 2 of the petition: "or the undersigned elect not to
proceed with said public improvements as above described."
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement is
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold paeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
