Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Council meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M ni nesota was eld on the
8th day of Januar , 19 79. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers oyt, ie�"ils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: one
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-7
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT TO GALILEE ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED BY i'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
The City Council accepts the petition from the owners of Lot 1, Block
1, Galilee Addition for sanitary sewer and watermain.
2. The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and
as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
10 some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement is
recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
