Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a S ecial CouQcil meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
Gth day cf January , 1979 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Council_members Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO 79-2
RESOLUTION AWARDING BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF A FIVE GANG MOWER
WHEREAS, Public bi•Js were received on December 15th for the purchase of a
five gang mower ano,
WHEREAS, the purchase of this equipment is contemplated in the 1979 budget
and,
WHEREAS, Minnesota Toro, Inc. submitted a proposal in the amount of $11,750,
which is within the amount budgeted for this equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does award bid for the purchase
of five gang mower to Minnesota Toro, Inc. in the amount of $11,750.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote ; n favor thereof', Mayor Hunt,.Councilmembers Hoy-. Neils
Seibold and Spaeth
