Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 18 th day of

Councilrmlmber Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-850
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CIMARRON PONDS (A-208)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 21, 1977, Centurion
Company, Developer of Cimarron Pond Addition (A-208), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the improvements as noted below,
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a•reduction of the Development Bond to reflect
the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $11,496 be further
reduced to $10,496 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter,
sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of December 18, 1978
for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
