The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Text. N e Sa' se pl.d and he fo owing members. were absent: Non Councilrmlmber Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved s adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-850 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND CIMARRON PONDS (A-208) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated April 21, 1977, Centurion Company, Developer of Cimarron Pond Addition (A-208), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the improvements as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a•reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 35,019 0 Sanitary Sewer System 47,608 $ 1,000 Watermain System 66,560 1,000 Storm Sewer System 28,867 11000 Boulevard Sod -li,J00 1,000 Pond Construction 0 0 Street Signs 900 0 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 5,000 11000 TOTALS $187,954 $ 5,000 AND, WHEREAS, private improvements have been completed to date in Phase I as follows: ITEM Street Construction with Driveways Landscaping & Interior Trails Trail Paving & Culvert Site Grading & Pond Improvements Trailway Bridge & Outlet Structures ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $ 46,451 $ 11000 4,000 11000 1,496 1,496 20,000 2,000 3,908 0 MW S Resolution r 78_850 Page 2 ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT (continued) Tennis Court $ 15,000 $ 0 Pool 15,000 0 TOTALS $105,855 $ 5,496 GRAND TOTALS $293,809 $10,496 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $11,496 be further reduced to $10,496 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of December 18, 1978 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the Developer.
