HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-848• 0F 0 ITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, tiinnesota was held on the 18th day of December , 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, LOOM mem ers oyt, lTeils, SEibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None r•. tit **r Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78- 848 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND DEERWOOD MEADOWS ADDITION (A-784) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 22, 1978, Parklands Development, Developer of Deerwood Meadows Addition (A-784), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility tnd site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 62,302.00 _ $ 44,777.00 Sanitary Sewer 63,957.50 6,398.00 Watermain 45,180.25 4,518.00 Storm Sewer 32,450.00 3,245.00 Boulevard Sod 9,400.00 9,400.00 Pond or Ditch Construction 0.00 0.00 Street Signs 600.00 600.00 Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 11000.00 11000.00 Erosion Control 2,000.00 2,000.00 Site Grading 0.00 0.00 Design, Admin., Inspection 26,026.77 8,632.00 TOTALS $242,916.52 $ 80,570.00 That the Letter of Credit be reduced to $80,570.00 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of December 18, 1978 for continual maintenance subject to the one year, guarantee by the Developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote i.n fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt,_Councilmembers Hoyt.
