Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of December , 1978 . The following members were

Counc i I member Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 78- 847
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FERNDALE NORTH 3RD ADDITION (A-615)
WHEREAS. in accordance with the Development Contract, dated March 27, 1978,
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., Developer of Ferndale North 3rd Addition (A-615), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS. the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as — iows:

That the Letter of Credit be reduced to 561,410.00 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer and storm sewer are accepted as of
December 18, 1978 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by
the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoUncIlmemb , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth
