Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of t City of Plymouth, tlinnesota was held on the
18th day of December , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Dunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78- 844
REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO CONNECT TO
METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COtM1ISSION'S SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission has a sewer line located on
Nathan Lane in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the property at the southwest corner of Nathan Lane and 10th Avenue must
receive its sewer service connection from said trunk line; and
WHEREAS, the most feasible method of making this connection is by an inside drop
connecti,n at Manhole Number 11HE 187
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that authorization is requested from the Metropolitan Waste Control
Commission fnr connecting the property at the southwest corner at 10th and Nathan
Lane (Plat 43736, Parcel 6450) to its sewer trunk line by means of an inside drop
connection at the existing manhole.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVF9 that the City of Plimouth will assume the responsibility for
this inside drop connection should it ever have to be removed for future serv'cing
of the interceptor sewer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereun, the
0 owing vote in avor t ereo : _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte .
