Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 78-841
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING
ZACHARY HILLS ADDITION (A-778)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted November 20, 1978, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of the Zachary Hills Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on December 18, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is rereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted November 20, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a
Public Hearing.
i2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work, which will be done by the Northern States
Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Concilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe
