Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 840
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVED?ENT FOR 1305 KINGSVIEW LANE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
I. The City Council accepts the petition for improvements from the owner
of the property knows as 1305 Kingsview Lane.
2. The p Aition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, P,osene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report to
th% Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
Nay as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
