Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plyr;outh, tltinnesota was held on the

Counrrilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-838
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
LARCH LANE NORTH AND 28TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 John Voight has petitioned the City Council
for a vacation of the following street:
The north 92.6 feet of Larch Lane as platted in Elmhurst Heights Addition
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in
order
NOW, THEkEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of January 15, 1978
at 7:30 P.M. at the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, as the time and place for the Public Hearing on
said Petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
Hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ollowing vo a in f3vor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
The follcwing voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
