Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Mtn senota was held on t e

Council mber 5i)aeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 837
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED EASEMENT VACATION IN
GLEASON NORTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 Maurice McCaffrey, the developer of Gleason
Ilo-th Addition, has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following
easement for drainage purposes:
That part of the drainage easement on Lot 5, Block 1, Gleason North,
according to the recorded plat thereof, as dedicated on said plat and
embraced within the boundaries of Tracts A and C, Registered Land Survey
No. 1493 , files of Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of January 15, 1919,
at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota, as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition
and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
