The following members were aTisent- Hoy _ Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 836 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF CHESHIRE LANE NORTH OF 21ST AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant fo M.S.A. 412.851 Volp Construction Co., has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the followinn street: That part of Cheshire Lane, as dedicated in BELMAR'S INDUSTRIAL PARK, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying northerly and easterly of the circumference of a circle with a radius of 50.00 feet the easterly right-of-way of said Cheshire Lane being tangent to said circle and the center of said circle is the intersection of the centerline of 21st Avenue North, as dedicated in said BELMAR'S INDUSTRIAL PARK and the westerly right-of-way of said Cheshire Lane. WHEREAS,the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to be in order, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of January 15, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Coulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, as the time and place for the Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof.. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils_ Seibold and Spaeth The fol lowing voted against -or abstdirie Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly parksed and adopt
