Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
th� 8th y Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
day of December 19 78. The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 835
APPROVING PROJECT SIGNS FOR MEADOW CORPORATION (NATHAN TRAILS ADDITION) AT
47TH AVE. NO. AND NATHAN LANE (A-698)
WHEREAS, Meadow Corporation has requested approval of project signs at Nathan Trails
Addition at 47th Ave. No. and Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of Meadow Corporation
for project name plate signs at Nathan Trails Addition, 47th Ave, No, and Nathan
Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. That there be a deed covenant for sign maintenance over entire subdivision,
as approved by the city attorney.
2. That the two sign structures be set back 10' from the Nathan Lane (and trail)
right-of-way (10' variance).
3. Setback from 47th Ave. No. be 20' for sight distance visibility, due to the mass
of the sign support structure.
4. Each name plate shall be minimum 2" thick board and not exceed 32 sq. ft, in area.
5. That the two identification sign support structures be a maximum of 6' high and
16' wide.
6. That there be an easement for these two identification sign structures on two
lots -- Block 1, Lot 9 and Block 4, Lot l; evidence of said easements being
filed shall be submitted prior to permit issuance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
