Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rp90Ar meeting of
the 'ity Council of the City of Plymouth, Mi nesota was Tier( on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-830
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "DEERWOOD MEADOWS PLAT
TWO" FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT (A-784)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Deerwood Meadows Plat Two" as requested by Parklands Development;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
prior to recording of said plat:
1. Provision of storm water drainage easements over Schmidt Lake
to elevation 925 ft. as approved by the City Engineer.
2. Development contract shall be amended to provide for grading,
seeding or sodding and improvement of the trail to plans approved
by the City Engineer with credit for blacktop to be applied to
park dedication fee requirements/
The motion for the adoption of the roregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo : ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
