Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
19th day of December , 19 78 The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-829
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELEOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "DEERWOOD MEADOWS PLAT TWO
FOR PARKLANDS DEVELOPMENT (A-;784)
WHEREAS, Parklands Development has requested approval of the final plat for
"Deerwood Meadows Plat Two, a plat.for 55 single-family dwelling lots and
4 outlots, 45th Avenue North at Goldenrod Lane, and a development contract
therefore; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said requiest and
recommends its approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Parklands Development for final plat approval of "Deerwood Meadows Plat Two",
a plat for 55 single-family dwelling lots and 4 outlots.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in—favor t ereo : Mavor Hunt. Councilmember Hoty, Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and—adopted.
